will not go into the matter, which otherwise m'arrabbio ... However
:
1. The confirmation of the Referendum Law 40 would all be discussed.
There would be confirmed at the referendum if a majority had voted "No", exceeding the quorum. Instead, just as a flood of the previous referendum questions, if anything, the people have decided to not confirm or 'repeal the law.
(Since '97 no referendum has reached the quorum ...).
And also, just for the sake of controversy, for 3 to 4 questions the outcome was 88% of Yes, while the last question - the most controversial issue because on the heterologous fertilization - yes i have been the 77% of the vote. That is, public awareness for the most part have expressed A DISADVANTAGE of Law 40, pace of Our Giovy.
2. Whilst it may be as stated in paragraph 1, even if I break the boxes with the revision / elimination of 194 swear that from now on Giovanardi allow me to quote!
